Return and Replacement Policy for Precious Monograms and More

At Precious Monograms and More, we prioritize ensuring that your personalized items arrive in perfect condition. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it promptly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. If the error is on our part, we will rectify it. To be eligible for a replacement, you must email us within 3 days of receiving your item.

Requesting a Replacement

If your item is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Once the issue is confirmed, we will be happy to replace the item.

Important Ordering Information

Accuracy: Ensure you follow all instructions when placing your order and double-check for accuracy.

Sizing: Use our sizing charts for reference. Our system does not permit changes once the order is placed. Your order is confirmed and created as specified upon submission.

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including those that are not personalized. Once designs are added to our materials or items are stitched, they cannot be altered or undone. Each item is custom handmade in the order received, as indicated by our processing time.

Order Mistakes: We cannot accept exchanges or returns if you ordered the wrong size, do not like the color thread chosen, or because of our processing time. The processing time is noted on each product listing.
